Sunday thoughts

Now I can sit down and write. There are loads of stuff that are happening right now. In the world, but also in my life. I have started university again. My fourth semester. I have two more before I will receive my bachelor degree in public administration. It is 20 days today until I get married. Lovely, but lots to do. We are almost done with the planning, so just remain to execute everything.
I'm really looking forward to the 6th October when Linda and I are getting married and all the plannings are behind. To be able to focus on other things instead.
I try to run as well. This last Tuesday I ran 10,000 meters. It was 25 laps around Slottsskogsvallen. With no much training I was really satisfied with my time. I got 45min and 15s.

You can really see that the church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) have got more attention. The main reason because of Mitt Romney's candidacy to be the president of the United States. Discussions and arguments can be very stormy. Much rubbish that are flying. It can be hard out there. I am clear about where I stand. I have a testimony that the church is the church of Jesus Christ. I enjoy to read from the Book of Mormon and to get inspired of its teaching. I don't know everything, but I have a hope and a faith that gives me comfort and strength in my daily life. If this church would cease, which I really doubt, I would still follow the principles and teachings. I haven't followed the president campaigns, but it will be interesting to see if we will have a mormon president the coming years in the United States.

Blog under construction

It has been months since I wrote something on this blog. I haven't had much motivation to write. Another thing is I haven't run much, so I haven't had much running to write about.
Lots of things have happened these last months. I'm engaged since 6 June. The wedding will take place in Stockholm temple 6 October. There are loads of stuff you have to plan and prepare for. Clothes, reception, wedding dinner, place to have your first night as married and so forth.
This summer has been very different, I tell you, but lovely. I can't wait to marry the girl I love above anything else.

I have had thoughts what I will do with this blog. Thoughts to delete it, but also to write about other stuff.
One thought that came to my mind was about missionary work. I can write about the gospel and share my beliefs and thoughts. Also write about things that comes to my mind which make me think.

I think I will give another try with this blog and see if I can keep it alive and have post that can have some kind of interest than just some boring posts.

A post

It has been a while since I wrote. Things have happened and haven't had time to write or to be really honest, I haven't had motivation to write.
Things I can say have happened are that I have got an apartment in Västra Frölunda Map over the place, it is less than two months to Göteborgsvarvet, so I better start running more. Ran two days ago and have a hurting knee. I had a cold before that. So I hope everything will be okay so I can train fully next week.
Everything is well with me. I will see if I will be better to post, doesn't seem like it now.

Everyone of you take care!

A new year and new possibilities

It has been a while ago I wrote. One reason is because I haven't been running. Well.. I'm still alive and are enjoying life. Celebrated Christmas, new year, be with family and friends, church activities and spending time with my girlfriend.

I have now run (finally :) ) for the first time this year. 15 km. 1 h, 21 min. The link is http://www.jogg.se/Traning/Pass.aspx?id=4441759 if you want to see more details. It was nice to come out and run after a looong break. The evidence was that I was pretty sore in both my legs when I came back to the club house. Sore for 3 days. I plan to run next Thursday as well.
Have stuff to do. Am studying, had a test in law yesterday, have church callings, running, time to spend with family, friends and girlfriend. I like to have stuff going on.

This will just be a short post. Starting small ;)

A new post has come :)

Has been a while now since I updated the blog. One thing is that I haven't run much. I try now, when it is cold, to run at least once a week. It is hard to find motiviation in this period, when you need more clothes on and freeze. That's why Solvikingarna is good to have. You are not alone when you run and because of that, more motivation to run. I have run twice since last blog post. A Monday and Tuesday training. 1st and 7th November.

The first training was hill running. We ran up for a hill about ten times. The focus wasn't on pace, but on our feet and legs. In other words, more focus on technique. I was tired afterwards, but felt wonderful. The feeling to do something you love.
The Monday training was more chill. The training is more intense on Tuesdays than on Mondays. We did short intervals on the 8k round. Slow run, rush, slow run, rush and so forth. The training are more chill now when it is getting colder. Both my training finished with sauna. One of the reasons I like to run with my club. :)
Played floorball (Innebandy in Swedish) yesterday with my ward (congregation). I got tired fast, but it was nice.

My life is rolling on. Done in January with my first year at University of Gothenburg. Two more years to go. I like it, much reading, but it is interesting and I feel I have chosen  right. Law the rest of the term/semester and economy next.

It has been a lot of activities in the church. Last weekend we had a YSA weekend in Stockholm, called Soulnite. Funk and soul theme with some disco. We had two dances, Friday and Saturday evening, and activities during the day on Saturday and a sacrament meeting, with testimonies, on Sunday. It was a wonderful weekend, very spiritually. Visited Stockholm temple too. Three days that I spent with my wonderful girlfriend.

Well... I'm alive and will try to run. Have also other things in my life, so I can be busy if I want to. ;)

Cheers!

6 October

Over a month since I wrote a post. Haven't had motivation to write to be honest and have had other things to do. Most of you who read this blog now some stuff I have done and happen since last post.
Most happened on Thursday 6 October. It was the day my younger brother went on his mission. Minnesota Minneapolis Mission. He just arrived from the MTC to Minnesota. He really enjoy being on a mission and is looking forward to work in the mission field.
Same day, Steve Jobs passed away. Not that I am an Apple fan, but he has done big changes.
A third thing happened that day as well. My relationship status changed  from "single" to "in a relationship".
Three weeks from today.

I have run but not very much. Been about once a week. Usually on Thursdays at Skatås. The club have long distance training that day. Have been running in the 5 min/km group. Now I just try to keep me in good shape instead of improve my times. Will wait until next year, when the weather will be better. Rain and cold winds are not my favorite weather to run in. We have a sauna in the club house, so I can warm me up if I get too cold. :)

How a sauna can look like
I have loads in school as well. I will get a "home exam" this Friday and have until next Friday to finish it.
Next course will be tough. We are expected to read all literature at least once. Roughly 155 pages a week.

Wonderful week

Last week was a really good week.
Four lectures and preparations for the seminar I had yesterday.
I also went on a date in Göteborg, watched Rise of the planet of the apes and had a great time. Good movie and a good day.

I didn't run in Skatås, but ran Lunnarundan. Last time I ran it was before Göteborgsvarvet. I thought I would get a time between 43 and 45 min. I kept a good pace and realized I could get a better time. When I stopped my watch it said 40 min 46 s. Season best! 4:27 min/km. I had my Forerunner 305. 9,15 km it said.

It was also a wonderful week spiritually. First a chill night in the YSA centre in Göteborg with Japanese theme. We made sushi, first time ever I tried it. Neither disgusting or tasty. The evening ended up with a anime movie. Then a fireside on Sunday with Elder and Sister Oaks as speakers.

That was a short summary for last week.

I have run once and had the seminar so far this week. I didn't have any expectations, but felt it could gone better. Tough to defend something you don't support. The best thing is to take the good things and things you can improve on and use it in the next seminar or task.

The running in Skatås was great. The rain was kind and waited until we were done. We ran in the forest, real cross country. I was glad that I had my long legged running trousers.
I think to run in Skatås on Thursday and home on Saturday. Three times this week would be fantastic.

Run well!

Back to school

After almost three months holiday, I'm back to university and my second term.
I will have two classes this term. "Democracy and welfare" and "Law in Public administration". Will be interesting. Right now we focus on theories of justice and democracy.
I have run three times after the trip to England. I have taken walks and tried to to some workouts, but I just count the times I go out running or playing sports or do any planned activity longer than 15 minutes.

The first training was on a Monday two weeks ago. We had a 2 km warm up jog and ran about 9 km with short intervals. It rained heavy when we ran. All my clothes I wore were soaking wet. It was an experience to run in that weather. I don't think I have done it before. Only in drizzle. I kept a 5 min/km tempo. So about 45 minutes. I pushed wrong button and reset the stopwatch.

The second training was a bit hilly. 6 times uphill and rushes when we came to a hill while running.
I missed a tram to Skatås. I took the next one and had to run to the club house. Less than a minute to leave my stuff before the others ran away.
It was a good run. No rain this time.
I want more and more buy a GPS watch. Both these trainings have been hard to memorize where we ran and times. So I bought a Garmin Forerunner 305 the same day I had my third training.

The previous trainings were on Mondays. The third was on a Thursday. Which means long distance running. Running for 1h 15 min. I ran in the group which kept 5 min/km tempo.
I ran 15.06 km in 1h 14 min 44 s.
It was my first time to run over 10k, so it felt nice. The weather was brilliant for running.
The Forerunner worked very well. I have played with it more afterwards.
Virtual partner seems interesting. You put a time and distance and have a virtual opponent. Nice when you want to run faster.

School, institute, church and running. I wont be bored, but the rain haven't helped my motivation. I think I'm a weather person.

This will be an interesting week and hopefully a great one.

So long!

England

I haven't posted for a while, but now when I will start run often I hope I will be more active here though this is a running blog.
It is less than a week until I go back to university. My second term. Democracy and law will be two subjects this term. I will be interesting.

Last weekend ( Saturday 20 - Wednesday 24) I visited my mission in England (England London Mission).
I visited two of my areas. My first, second last and my last. Sounds like three, but I served twice in my greenie area. I also visited London the same day I flew home.

I flew with Ryanair, got a return ticket for 817 SEK, from Göteborg to Stansted.
I was over in England for four days, five I count the day I came over. I arrived at noon. The first two were spent in Witham, Essex. Stansted is not that far away from Witham and a family came and picked me up. That was very appreciated. ;)
I visited church while I was there. It was  nice to see some of the members again. A lot of the members where on holidays, so there were loads of members that I didn't see.
The third and fourth days I did spend in Canterbury. Stayed over in Faversham and visited Broomfield.
The weather was nice in Witham, 25°C, but cloudy in Canterbury and rain. I managed to take cover before the rain poured down one day.

I left Faversham on Wednesday and traveled to London. I planned to stop by Hyde Park chapel and see President Patch. He wasn't in, but I could leave my suitcase there and went out. I bought something to eat and sat in Hyde Park, the park itself. I had many guests around me, who wanted the left overs. :)

I visited the Natural History museum. I think I was there for 1h 40 min. It was interesting.
I was first thinking to stay in London to 3 pm, but thought I will have to rush to Stansted.
I went back to the mission office and it was locked. The office couple had probably lunch.
I sat outside the office and waited. Suddenly President Patch came out from the elevator.
He gave me a CD with pictures and other stuff from the mission during the two years he had been mission president. I had to take my suitcase and rush to the tube and Stansted Express.
I was thinking to take a fish 'n chips in London, but didn't have time for that.
At Stansted airport I came there 1h 45 min before departure. They want you there two hours before the departure. I checked around and decided to have some Asian food, noodles with beef.
Sometimes your schedule can clash with others and things don't go as you plan or wanted.
Anyway... everything went well and I came home safely.

A week until university starts again and back to normal life.

"I'm sorry. I'm really busy."

I heard that lots on my mission.
It was a busy week for me.

View from Ramberget
Mowed a neighbors lawn, cut the grass in the neighborhood entrance, painting, been to a "goodbye party", church, delivered newspapers two nights in a row and running up for a hill, see picture.

I will start writing about the unofficial club championship in hill running.
2,1 km up to the top of Ramberget. The athletics at Fest i nord were the last thing I did before this race, so I wasn't as prepared as I am for Göteborgsvarvet.
I held my normal tempo. Slightly over 4:30 min/km. I came on 19th place of 24 male runners.
9:38. I have a time to beat next year. All the results this year will be beaten next year. This year will be a start up for the coming years.
Here is a video from the race.
I think I am the second behind the one in yellow. You can see my finish from 9:10.

I delivered newspapers the night to Friday and Saturday. I find it hard to sleep before. Maybe I worry about bad weather, sleeping in or other problems that can occur. I felt like a zombie this Friday. The rain that fell mostly the whole day didn't make the day better.
Now these days are over and the delivery job as well. No more night jobs for a long time.
I drove the company car. The steering wheel is on the right side, so you don't have to drive on the wrong side of the road to drop off newspapers. First time I have driven a right hand drive in Sweden.

The week ended with church. The day to charge the spiritual batteries.
I was asked to say the closing prayer in all the three blocks. Elders quorum, Sunday school and the sacrament meeting. Just see it as extra blessings.  :p

My England trip is closing in. Two weeks from yesterday.

Take care my friends!

Fest i Nord

It has been a while since I posted something.
I have been pretty busy with painting and grass cutting.

Fest i Nord was this week in Nyköping. It was great and warm.

It started on Tuesday and ended on Saturday.
I drove up with one of my parents car, a Volvo 945. It was fully loaded with people and luggage.
The ride took about four hours. The car didn't have air condition, so it was a warm ride. We came up and registered us and had lunch.
The first activity was to carve a Totem pole. The groups were based on the month you were born in. We were only three in the April group the last hour. It wasn't the most beautiful of the twelve. The social part was better.
Some of us guys slept in a building where they have dances and theatre, we had all our dances there too (except for one). It was a fifteen minutes walk to the "campus", there we had the meals and some of the activities.
We had dances every evening with different themes. Dressed with the colours of your flag, sport, 90's and Sunday best.
Groups Aprils Totem pole. "Attitude meter"

The second day was a sport day. Most all of the different activities were at the same time, so you had to choose that you wanted to do, if it wasn't full already.
I did track and field. The athletic ground was basically empty. It was only another FiN participant and I.
I signed on to do all the five events. High jump, long jump, shot put, 100m and 400m.
My results were not really impressive. 1,30 m, 4,1 m, 8 m, 13,8 s and 1 min, 10 s. Same order as the events.
I am not sure what I exactly got at the long jump. There were no prize ceremony or the results on the walls. These results are only memorized. I did all the five events within an hour.

On the third day was the testimony meeting. Two hours and with a long queue. We had workshops later on. I went to two of them.
One about seven steps to be interdependent from dependent and independent. The other was lead by one of the brothers in the Herreys and talked about the time when they were famous.

On the forth day, we had an activity called Amazing race. It contained different activities and challenges like pull a car, find a worm and bring it to the secretariat and answer riddles.

Car pulling. One of the activities in the Amazing race

We had in the evening an Oscar gala. Some participants made own movies, with the theme "Attitude is everything", which was also the theme on the whole convention. It ended with a dance.

My bal date and I

The fifth day was the last day. It was a day with adventure.
The car we drove up with broke down. It was the generator that broke down and the ground cable.
So the car was towed to a garage.
We were dropped off at the train station and were thinking to take the train, but it was expensive. I was quick and bough a last minute ticket. The others got a ride to Skavsta airport and rented a car.
I took a bus to Eskilstuna and train to Arboga and changed train to one that went all the way to Göteborg.
Maybe not the best decisions, but we all came eventually home.

This is not the car, but same colour and a 945

I didn't write down everything that happened. It is easier for you to experience it yourself.

It was a great convention. Great weather. I got sunburned and a nicer tan. Met old and made new friends.

Now I will be home for three weeks and then go to England and visit two areas I served in.
Hopefully I will be done with the painting this week.
I looking forward to study again. I have felt more busy now on the summer than I did my first semester.

Take care

A running painter

I have only run once the two last week, but this last week I ran twice!
The Tuesday training did I write in my last post.
The second training was at home in Vallda. I looked on the map and measured the distances.
I often run Lunnarundan or to Vallda church back, but this time I wanted a shorter run, but with sprints in it.
I drew a 3,8 km round with two sprints. The first one was 175 m uphill and the other 300 m downhill.
Before and between these I held a 5 min/km tempo.
36s uphill and 56s downhill. Can mention that the uphill was steeper.
3:07 min/km the first sprint and 3:26 min/km the second sprint.
I knew before I ran that I am not a sprinter.

This week I haven't run at all.
Have been busy with painting and grass mowing.
I feel busier now than I did when I studied.
My left leg hurts sometimes. Especially when I press on the right side of my tibia and on the muscle next to it. Shin splints?
That's also a reason why I don't feel to go out running sometimes.
I will ask next time I go to Skatås.

One whole week more and then Fest i Nord!

Cheerios!

Pilates football

I have been pretty busy. Three jobs, the running and time for other things. I haven't given time for the blog, but here is a new post.

I ran once last week as well. Played Pilates football can be added for the training this week.
This has been a week full with activities. Except for the running this Tuesday and Pilates football with other activities on Saturday,
I've been painting at a church members house,  will paint the whole house, and helped with stuff at home. I have cut grass as well. Both at a neighbor who is on holiday and asked me to mow the lawn up until August and my old job to cut/mow grass in the entrance to our neighborhood. I feel I have enough with jobs for this summer.

Back to my blog theme.
Tuesday last week I ran 4x2km intervals on an 8 km round. My best 2 km was 7:59 and my worse 9:15.
Most of the 2 km were uphill. My two others were about 8:30.
It was very warm and I got thirsty half way through the intervals. It was nice to drink when we were done with the training. My throat felt as dry as sand.

The next activity was Pilates football. It was up in Jönköping and we were about 25 persons.
We played on a football field (soccer field for you Americans ;) ) minus a penalty box. It took a while before the goals came. It is hard to score with a pilates ball, but it was fun.
It was a nice activity with Wii, good food and friends.

Next training was this Tuesday and it was intervals again. We ran 2x6min, 2x3min, 2x1min, 2x4min and 2x2min intervals. I had hard to remember all my times and when we didn't have exact distance, so my times and distances are not accurate.
For me, a good training is more important than exact distance and time.
It was a good pass though.

I have start to do some work outs and stretching every day and try to do something if I don't have or make time to run.

Tata!

Midsommar

It has been Midsummer (Midsommar) this weekend. I celebrated it down in Frillesås.
Summer songs were played and people danced around the Maypole. Like Christmas except for the Maypole and some songs.
We had luck with the weather, the wind was strong though, but it only rained for a short amount of time.

I had planned to run twice this week, but I only did it once. It was on Tuesday at Skatås.
We did 1 km intervals 6 times. My best time was 3:36. 18 seconds slower than the time I got from the 1000 m race. My slowest was 4:19.
This evening the sauna was warmer than last week. 90°C. I think I was in there between 5 and 10 minutes. Was wonderful.
I got some stitched the third and fourth round, but it went over. I have to eat no later then 2,5 h before the trainings. Otherwise I will get stitches easily. My parents usually eats later than I can, so I have to ask to have dinner earlier or make something myself.
I will try to run twice next week.
On Saturday and Sunday I will be up in Jönköping and play Pilates football and chill.

Well... I write more later.

See ya!

Week rewind

Sunday is the best day to write. It is also good to have a day to relax.

I have started the training again after Göteborgsvarvet. Went twice this week to Skatås.
Monday and Thursday. I was actually late both time. I came 15 minutes late on Monday and just some minutes before the groups ran off on Thursday. The first time I blamed on the traffic.
Drove 30 km/h for almost 5 km.
The second time I just left home late.
So I missed the training on Monday. There are no one left in the club house when they run away      (at least on Mondays). So I hid my bag and ran a 5 km round on my own. I didn't get a super time, 21 min, 36 s. 4:19 min/km.

I ran with other Sunvikings on the Thursday training. We ran 11 km cross country.
I forgot to reset my stopwatch, so I didn't get an exact time. I calculated out with the time, distances and average speed I had and got 1 h, 6 min, 22 s. The average speed was 6:02 min/km.
The reason to the slow speed was that I missed what pace the different groups had and just joined the first best.

It feels good to be back on track with running.

The week has been good. Have had visit from my nephew and brother.
Kids have loads of energy. Would also like to have it, especially when I run. :)

I will train twice next week at Skatås. Tuesday and Thursday.
My next race will be the club championship in the beginning of August. 2,1 km uphill.

Run along!

Here is a picture with the Sunviking suit and parts of my room :)

My first race

I have at least settled down from the Stockholm trip, it hasn't been much running since Göteborgsvarvet.
Just one actually. I ran, what I call, Gräppås rundan. It is 3,2 km long and only on asphalt.
I got the time 13 min and 32 s.

Thursday 9th was the day I ran my first club championship. The distance was 1000 m. I haven't run that distance since my eighth year in school. 2002. It was raining a lot in the morning. I hoped it would stop before the evening. It did, but the track was still wet. There were some small puddles on in.
18:20 was the start for  my heat. We were 6 in my class. Two ran off immediately. It was slippery and I couldn't get good grip at all. I felt I ran slow. It didn't feel fast at all and I didn't have any strength to run faster. I finished second last with the time 3 min and 18 s. The winner had the time 2 min and 50 minutes. You run fast as an African if you can keep the time I got per kilometer for a half marathon. You would get 1 h and 9 min. But now it was only one kilometer we ran and you should get faster min/km time than you have when you run longer distances.
I run in average 4 min, 52 s /km in Göteborgsvarvet.
I can only state that I'm not trained for short distances. More interval and sprint training are needed for me. Intervals are also needed so I can have a faster pace when I run longer distances as well.
Some of the runners made an unofficial 100 m race. 12.83 s was the best time. Two stretched their thighs. So the running track got its preys. :)

Here is another picture and a video clip. The pictures and video are taken with my phone. The quality of the video is crappy.

Run safely!!

Stockholm

I was at the backside of Sweden last week. Stockholm, Västerhaninge and Nynäshamn.
I had a presentation about Lomma community and traveled up the same day with my parents.
We stayed at my sisters and husbands home and at the husbands parents home.
The main reason for the trip to Stockholm was for my brother and wifes move to Nynäshamn. We helped them move on Saturday.
We made a trip on Monday to Mariefred and visited Gripsholm castle and Taxinge castle.
The building on the picture did we visit on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is the Stockholm temple.
Wednesday was the day we traveled home.
It was nice to visit the east coast. To see my siblings that lives there and my uncle.
It was great to be in the temple as well. I haven't been there since last year.
London, Preston, Copenhagen and Stockholm temples are the ones I have been to.

I haven't done any running. I have done some work outs and stretching though.
I will run a club championship this coming Thursday. 1000m at Rambergsvallen.
So I have to run tomorrow. I haven't run on a running track for years. Last time was in Gotland when I ran 3000m. I'm looking forward to it.

I had my last test on Friday. Book keeping and accounting. It felt good and felt I will pass.
Sweden played against Moldova in the evening. 4-1. So it was a good Friday.

It is great to finish of the week with church meetings and to relax.

A new week tomorrow to look forward to.

Take care!

Göteborgsvarvet

Now it's over.
It felt okay. Nothing more. I was sore for two days.
It was great weather for running that day. My dad and I left home after my brothers.
We both started later. 15:32. Start group 15. The elite had already finished when we started.
It felt good when I ran, but it was very crowded. I had to zigzag to get through all the 21 km.
It took a lot of strength and sometimes I got "boxed in".
I took time and got 1 h, 42 min and 35 sek. My first reaction was disappointment. I ran 2 minutes faster the year I went on my mission. I felt more prepared and the only difference was that I started in a higher group this year.
So it is a difference to start in group 15 than 1B.

We had tacos for dinner after the race. Tasted good. :P
One funny thing. When I checked up my time on Göteborgsvarvets website I had exactly the same time as I had on my watch. 1 h, 42 min and 35 sek. See the picture.

Sunday was great as well.
The Young single adults in Göteborg had a missionary activity that day.
The missionaries in the wards in Göteborg were holding in it.
We got a talk from the April General Conference 2003 by Henry B Eyring. Great talk.
We did some role playing after that. Resolving concerns, listening and asking questions were the things we practiced.
It was like to do teacher training again. :)

I plan to go back to England in August. The activity made me miss my mission.

Take care!
See ya!

Running and music

Flag of Azerbaijan

I wrote this post a couple of days ago, but deleted it from my blogger app and it got deleted completely.
One lesson learn about the blogger app. I will do one more test with the app and the website, but then I do a test post, so I don't have to write a whole post again.
Well, well...

It has been some music this last week. You can probably figure out of the flag that I watched Eurovision Song Contest. Some Swedes was involved.
I didn't think Sweden would be in the top, but half way through the delivery of the points Sweden was in the lead. I started to hope that Sweden would get more points and hopefully win, but a third place was better than I thought before the competition.
Finland and Austria were some songs I liked. There were a lot of songs that were good this year. Some years can be awful.

I did some running as well.
I didn't run on Saturday as I wrote. Instead I took a bicycle and biked down to Ledets IP, where Lerkils IF play their football games. They play in Division 4 Halland Elite. Level 6 in the Swedish league system.
They played against Tölö IF, a team from Kungsbacka. So it was a community derby.
Lerkil was the best team and won 5-0.
I did some bike intervals. I pedal everything I could for some seconds, rested and did it again. My legs were very sore and tired after that. Was actually hard to bike the last bit home.

I ran on Monday evening as planned. We ran 1 km intervals on a 8 km round. My best kilometer was 4 min 7 sek. Would be under 1,5 h if I kept that tempo during Göteborgsvarvet.

I ran yesterday for the last time. Ran 3,2 km in 13,5 min.
Now I will rest until Saturday.

Tomorrow is da day!

See ya!

Sun viking!

Weekend and soon another week gone.
It started with a lecture on Monday and with running in the evening.
It was long intervals this time. The intervals went well. We run 3x1 km and 3 smaller rounds. Felt good.
An old man, at the club house, said to me: "You are Kim?". "We viewed your membership application yesterday and it got accepted.".
I got the payment information on Wednesday and is now, since Thursday, officially a Sun viking!

I had lectures Monday to Wednesday. The last two started 8 am. Had to go up earlier than I usually go up.
More book keeping and T-accounts drawing. I have to start no later than next week. Two whole weeks with practicing would be enough.

It has been a pretty chill week.
Watched Eurovision Song Contest semifinals. All the Nordic countries, except for Norway, went to the final now on Saturday. I like Finlands Paradise Oskar. It's a good song. I also hope it goes well for Eric Saade and Sweden.
I began my lawn mowing season yesterday, Thursday. Will cut grass for a neighbor for some months and in the entrance (approach) to our neighborhood.

Tomorrow is exactly a week to Göteborgsvarvet. Will run for the last time 10 km. Monday at Skatås and short intervals on Wednesday and rest to Saturday.

So long!

BTW. It's Friday 13. Someone who has had bad luck?
